 GODSENT  Olumayowa "GODSENT" Okubanjo is an aspiring artist/writer. Born in Nigeria, in West Africa. He is a Business Administration Graduate of New Jersey City University. An Event Organizer, Host, Poet, Gospel Rapper and open to any other ways God chooses to use him. Taking God's love to the streets through Poetry as well as Rap. His artistry speaks to old as well as young, saved as well as struggling, rich as well as poor. Founder of a Faith based positive arts & entertainment organization called CRY OUT INK. Has been featured at most colleges in NJ including Rutgers, NJIT, NJCU, Essex County College, Montclair State and many more. He has also performed at various Churches and poetry events around the Tri-State Area such as The logos lounge @ Hezekiah Walker's Love Fellowship Tabernacle, Nuyorican Poets Cafe, Gospel Uptown in Harlem(NY), Faith Fellowship Ministries and Christ Church of Montclair. Shared Stages with artists such as Kirk-Franklin, Donnie Mcclurkin, Prayz1, Twyse, Brother Hahz, Trini Da Professor, B-Luv, Liz Black of 1190AM and many more. He was one of the Featured artist @ NJ's Annual Gospel Poetry Jam, and POET FINALIST FOR 2010 Mcdonald's Gospelfest. 2011 Praise Party Productions Poetry Slam 2nd Place Winner. The name Godsent was taken from his first name OLUMAYOWA which actually means GOD BROUGHT(SENT) JOY. In his own Words "SO I Kept the GODSENT part to myself and decided to give away the JOY to those who've never experienced GOD". His is Truly GOD SENT.
